  I have been dealing with insurance agencies over the course of my lifetime (63 years) and I have never had as good of service as I have had with Keck Insurance. They even greet my by my first name when i call in while actually answering the call (I guess they saw my number on the caller id) which I still thought was very good personal customer service. Every single time I have needed ID cards or whatever (obtaining insurance on a cabin in the San Bernardino mountains which many insurance carriers I went to simply said no, can't insure it), they have come through. If you want great customer service and follow up, go with Keck. I have not been disappointed with anything I have asked of them.
